On the 18th, 19th and 20th of August, the 1st Brazilian Pre-Salt Seminar was held in Brasília, a joint initiative of the Ministry of Mines and Energy, the Escola Superior da Advocacia-Geral da União, the National Petroleum Agency, Natural Gas and Biofuels and University of Brasilia.

The event was attended by Camila Araújo, representative of IBDE – Brazilian Institute of Energy Law Studies and Partner in Araújo e Policastro Advogados, presiding over the panel “The state-owned company and its constitutional discipline”.
