Araújo e Policastro Advogados held an event in partnership with the National Restaurant Association (ANR) to discuss the main impacts of the Tax Reform on contracts and its repercussions for the restaurant and food sector.

The meeting brought together businesspeople, professionals and representatives of the sector for a strategic debate on the changes brought about by the reform, addressing the legal, tax and operational challenges that could directly impact contractual relations and the dynamics of the sector.

The presentation was led by partners Fernanda Botinha and Francisco Nogueira, from the Tax area, and by Roberta, from the Litigation area. In addition, associate Priscila Santos Rosa also took part in the meeting, contributing to the discussions and analysis presented throughout the event.
