A Breakfast “Recent changes in TST jurisprudence and their impacts on employment contracts” was held in our office.
The event was successfully held on the 6th and repeated on the 7th and 8th of November 2012. The lecture addressed the main changes in the jurisprudence of the Superior Labor Court of September this year and assessed their impacts on labor relations and means of minimize its effects.
The lectures were given by Zilma Aparecida da Silva Ribeiro, lawyer from Araújo and Policastro Advogados.
