The Legal Education and Relations with Colleges Committee of CESA – Centro de Estudos das Sociedades de Advogados, coordinated by lawyer Décio Policastro, a partner at Araújo e Policastro Advogados, after paying a posthumous tribute to former president Carlos Mateucci, presented the prizes and certificates to the winners of the 8th “Orlando Di Giacomo Filho” National Monograph Competition, whose theme was “The role of lawyers in conflict resolution – mediation, conciliation and arbitration”.

The traditional competition has been held since 2005 and is open to students in their second year of law studies at a Brazilian university recognized by the Ministry of Education.
