The Provisional Measure, lasting 120 days, should be voted on by both Houses of Congress until the last Monday (April 20, 2020) not to lose its validity and effectiveness. However, the Federal Senate decided not to put the matter on the agenda for judgment, as it understands that it is a very complex and delicate matter to be analyzed in a hurry, since it eases and alters several labor rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Therefore, after agreements between the President of the Senate and the President of the Republic, the Government revoked the PM and will present an edited text for new approval.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
