class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><tbody><tr><td><strong><em>Program provides special payment conditions for tax and non-tax debts<\/em><\/strong>On 11\/4\/2024, the S\u00e3o Paulo City Hall launched the Incentive Installment Payment Program (&#8220;PPI\/SP&#8221;) by means of Law 18.095\/2024, regulated by Decree 63.341\/2024, for the settlement of municipal debts of individuals and companies, whose triggering events occurred up to 31\/12\/2023.The purpose of the PPI\/SP is to allow taxpayers to settle tax and non-tax debts, whether or not they are registered as active debt, with special payment conditions, such as reduced fines, interest on arrears and legal charges.<strong><u>Please note: the deadline for joining will be Friday 28\/6\/2024.<\/u><\/strong>  The application must be made on the website of the S\u00e3o Paulo City Hall Finance Department, using a Web Password or Digital Certificate.The program enables a reduction of up to 95% in the amount of interest on late payments, fines and legal fees and varies according to the nature of the debt and the number of installments.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><tbody><tr><td><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/d335luupugsy2.cloudfront.net\/cms\/files\/59656\/1719424891\/%24k0ca8h4kml\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" plan in lawsuits and administrative proceedings.Debts related to Simples Nacional, traffic fines, debts related to violations of environmental legislation, or that are included in previous
