Isabela has over 20 years of experience in the corporate, international contracts, civil consulting, and administrative law.

She has worked in renowned law firms and companies in the leadership of mergers and acquisitions transactions, involving the preparation and negotiation of the relevant contracts and related corporate documents and due diligence coordination, as well has been involved in negotiating international contracts and providing legal advice regarding the corporate sector in Brazil.

Isabela worked as in-house counsel at the software multinational MicroStrategy Inc. in Washington, D.C., responsible for the group’s operations in Brazil, Portugal and South Africa. She also worked as a corporate law associate at Squire Patton Boggs LLP, in New York.

She has participated in numerous national and international transactions, and has broad experience in consulting, counseling, and contract negotiations. Isabela has an amazing reputation for her professionalism and excellency.

Isabela has been recommended by Latin Lawyer 250 and recognized by Análise Advocacia in the corporate, contracts, hotel business and tourism areas in the state of São Paulo in 2021 and by Análise Advocacia Mulher in 2022. She is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association, São Paulo Chapter (OAB-SP) and of the New York State Bar Association.
