About the new members

Fernanda Botinha Nascimento has a law degree from the Milton Campos Law School in Minas Gerais. Her academic background includes a Professional Master’s Degree in Comparative Tax Law from IBDT, currently in progress, as well as certifications and advanced programs in M&A Taxation (Insper), International and Consumer Taxation (IBDT), Tax Planning (IBET), Tax Management (Trevisan), Tax Procedural Law (UCAM) and State and Regulatory Law (FGV/RJ).

He works in the tax area, with almost 20 years’ experience advising multinationals, Brazilian business groups, family businesses and high net worth individuals. Her practice combines in-depth technical knowledge and strategic vision in tax consultancy, administrative and judicial litigation, customs regulation and estate planning.

Fernanda advises clients from various sectors on corporate taxation, tax litigation, credit recovery, special regimes and foreign trade. In the private client area, she works on national and international succession planning, regularization of assets abroad, structuring of holding companies, family governance and long-term asset protection strategies, offering integrated, business-oriented solutions to clients in Brazil and abroad.

Fernanda is continuously recognized by the main international legal directories. In The Legal 500 Latin America, she has been individually recommended since 2018, appearing among the professionals highlighted as Rising Star (2021-2025), having been elected Rising Star of the Year in 2023. Ivan Luvisotto Alexandre holds a bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of São Paulo (USP) and complemented his training with extension courses in Accounting from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV), as well as in Information Technology Law and work on the Fiscal Council from the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance (IBGC).

He works in the Business area, advising national and international companies on corporate, contractual and corporate governance issues. With a solid legal background and technical knowledge, Ivan contributes to strategic and integrated solutions aimed at structuring and developing businesses.

Throughout his career at the firm, Ivan has stood out for conducting corporate reorganizations, M&A transactions, implementing governance structures and continuously advising economic groups on their corporate and regulatory challenges. Ivan also has significant experience in advising family groups and holding companies, supporting processes of corporate organization, succession, governance and the improvement of corporate and governance models.

His work combines technical rigor, a multidisciplinary vision and a strong capacity for dialogue with executives, investors and consultants, contributing directly to legal solutions that reconcile security, efficiency and business strategy.

Roberta Novaes Marcondes holds a bachelor’s degree in Law from Mackenzie Presbyterian University (2011), specializing in Civil Liability (FGV, 2013), the New Code of Civil Procedure (FGV, 2018), Administrative Law (PUC, 2023) and executive training from FGV Business School (2023).

Roberta has a solid track record in civil litigation. She advises companies on strategic and complex claims, working on litigation management, risk analysis and defining procedural strategies. Her experience combines solid technical knowledge with a practical vision, focusing on efficient solutions aligned with her clients’ business objectives.

The firm provides legal advice and represents major multinational clients in relevant sectors such as construction, infrastructure, energy and health.
