• Advice on the creation and implementation of tailor-made Adaptation Programs, according to the phases required by the business;
• Drafting and reviewing terms of use and privacy policies;
• Drafting and reviewing contractual clauses, specific contracts involving data privacy and LGPD;
• Drafting and reviewing internal policies and a code of good practice on privacy and data protection;
• Elaboration and revision of access channels for the exercise of rights by holders;
• Assessment of compliance with national rules and comparison with international standards(compliance with data protection laws and the LGPD, in the case of companies already compliant with the GDPR and American laws);
• Conducting legal audits related to privacy and data protection aspects in M&A and capital market transactions;
• Advice on incidents and infraction notices issued by the ANPD;
• Assessment of the feasibility of international data transfer;
• Consulting in the Monitoring phase;
• Conducting internal training on good data protection practices and advising on the preparation of support materials for employee education on privacy, data protection and information security;
• Consultancy on the LGPD in general, interfacing with related areas in the company or third-party contractors (Information Technology).
