CESA Seal – Gender Equity 2021

Araújo e Policastro was reconized by CESA (Centro de Estudos das Sociedades dos Advogados / Center of Studies of the Law Firms) with the seal “Gender Equity 2021” on the “ally” category. The research was conducted with 114 law firms in Brazil and evaluated factors such as: public commitment to gender equity, inclusive communication, internal policies and participation of women lawyers as partners on the firm.

The role of women has always been highlighted in our trajectory, having a significant (when not preponderant) participation in our firm, in the most different fronts. An example is the fact, that today, more than 60% of our members are women, who occupy positions of leadership, including in the legal and administrative management of the firm, besides the fact that 45% of our partners are women.
