Foreign Trade and Customs Law
- Setting up and qualifying companies so that they can operate in international trade (import and/or export);
- Acting with the Bodies that consent to international trade operations, both preventively and in cases where a contradictory opinion is necessary (litigation);
- Drafting formal consultations for international trade agencies in cases of controversy regarding the interpretation of regulatory commands and in leading cases;
- Structuring import and export operations, considering the business, tax and contractual aspects involved;
- Drawing up all the contracts involved in import and export operations (contracts in general, including those of a commercial and financial nature);
- Preparation of legal opinions on all matters relating to the area;
- Acting in civil, tax and customs litigation, in the administrative and judicial spheres, in all its instances, including in special Customs inspection procedures and in Customs Review cases.
